News and Announcements
The Davis County School District is reviewing their field fees. They are asking for public comment. The new proposal eliminates the per player fee and puts the per hour use fee at $15.00 per hour.

It is up to coaches to reschedule their games with each other. Coaches may contact Pam Furniss at rc@ayso198.org to arrange for nets.
Region 198 is completely run by volunteers. This means every referee and every board member give their time to the players in making AYSO soccer a great experience. Come be a part of the experience and volunteer.
Currently, the following positions are open: Assistant Regional Commissioner, Assistant Coach Administrator, Assistant Referee Administrator, Assistant Registrar, Assistant Safety Director, and Assistant CVPA.
Knowledge of soccer is not required. Training will be provided for those interested. Contact Pam at 801-603-1656 for details.
The 2011 Spring Season's Silent Saturday is set for May 14, 2011. Come experience your kids play soccer at their best.
Silent Saturday is a great tradition within AYSO and Region 198 where the players play without input from the side lines. Players get to focus on the game and show their stuff. There is prehaps no better time when the players learn more about and earn a greater joy from the game.
Mark your calendars spring is here and we are excited for Saturday, March 26th, the first game day of our season. Coaches will be contacting parents with the season schedules. The new schedules can be found here.
We are looking forward to an exciting and fun season. Saturday May 21, 2011 will be the last day of games.
